问题描述

AnyShare-AnyShare 中 app.log 显示日志信息：

Can't create a new thread (errno 11); if you are not out of available memory, you can consult the manual for a possible OS-dependent bug (1135).

问题影响

当前用户同时打开的进程数过多时，数据库服务异常，AnyShare 无法正常使用。

问题原因

AnyShare 中 Max user process 参数设置过小。

解决方案

修改 linux 操作系统的 Max user process 参数值，以 AnyShare Enterprise 6.0.10 单节点为例，请按照以下步骤执行：

1. 通过 SSH 工具登录 AnyShare 服务器各节点，执行以下命令，查询确认当前 Max user process 参数值。如下图所示，参数值为 99999。

ulimit -a

2.关闭 ecms_trouble shoot 及 mysqld@3320 服务。

systemctl stop ecms_troubleshoot_service.service

systemctl stop mysqld@3320.service

3.执行以下命令，编辑 Nginx 配置，修改 Max user process 参数值。如下图参数值修改为200000。

vi /etc/security/limits.d/20-nproc.conf

修改相关配置 * soft nproc 200000 和 * hard nproc 200000 和 root soft nproc 200000 后保存退出。

4.退出重新登录终端，重新执行第 1 步 ，验证修改效果。

5.开启服务 ecms_trouble shoot 及 mysqld@3320 服务。

systemctl start mysqld@3320.service

systemctl start ecms_troubleshoot_service.service
